This Refund & Payment Policy (“Policy”) explains how payments, deposits, cancellations, and refunds are handled for all services provided by Lucky Shining Star Group Co. LTD (“Agency”, “we”, “us”).
By purchasing or booking any service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Payment Terms
1.1. Upfront Payment / Deposits
All services require full upfront payment or a non-refundable deposit, depending on the service type.
The required deposit or full payment amount will be specified in your proposal, invoice, or Service Agreement.
1.2. Non-Payment
Work will not begin until payment or deposit is received.
Delayed payment may postpone deadlines or project delivery.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. Non-Refundable Services
Due to the nature of creative, consulting, digital, and marketing services, all deposits and payments are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:
- branding packages
- social media management
- consulting sessions
- strategy development
- creative production
- website builds
- booking engine setup
- digital content creation
Once work has started — including research, planning, design, or communication — payments are strictly non-refundable.
2.2. Client Cancellation
If you choose to cancel the project for any reason:
- all paid amounts remain non-refundable,
- no partial refunds will be issued,
- the Agency is not required to deliver unfinished work.
2.3. Agency Cancellation
If the Agency must cancel a project due to circumstances on our side:
- a partial or full refund may be offered at our discretion,
- except in cases of force majeure or client misconduct.
3. Revisions & Scope
3.1. Included Revisions
Any included revisions will be clearly stated in your Service Agreement or proposal.
3.2. Additional Revisions / Out-of-Scope Work
Work outside the original agreed scope will be billed at the Agency’s standard hourly or project rate.
The Agency reserves the right to decline additional work not included in the initial agreement.
4. Delivery & Timelines
4.1. Client Delays
If the client fails to provide necessary materials, approvals, or feedback:
- deadlines may shift,
- the Agency is not responsible for delays,
- the project may be paused until the required items are received.
4.2. Timelines Not Guaranteed
Timelines are estimates. External factors (client delays, platform issues, force majeure) may affect delivery.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or fraud claim without contacting the Agency first is a violation of this Policy.
The Agency reserves the right to:
- suspend all ongoing work,
- use legal counsel to dispute fraudulent claims,
- pursue recovery of unpaid fees and related costs.
6. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
