Nun Bao was a tiny tropical restaurant, with Asia-inspired cuisine created by a Belgian chef with Michelin-starred background. It was located in a secret location, in the South of Koh Samui.
The concept from scratch, launching, and marketing during the whole lifetime of the project. Also, financial plan, marketing strategy, brand identity and guidelines, graphic design, menu design, blackboards, outdoor signages, social media management, creative media, mini-store concept and purchases, and the organization of an event with Michelin Starred chef Nicolas Isnard.
The restaurant was closed for personal reasons of the owners.
