As people often say “The best leaders are teachers”. In fact the most polite and effective way is to create a guide! To point out who will you remember the one who just sold you a nights stay or property, or the one who did the same but helped you to feel informed, like at home?
Creating a guide has a lot of advantages
Firstly, you can adapt the information to your client’s needs, as many guides found in bookstores will be made for tourists of all types, which make this guides often very big but with a limited quantity of really interesting content. In reality this content is not adapted for the special situation of a relocation, property purchase or investment, and often not adapted for guests with special requests, often seen in the luxury segment.
Secondly, it’s always an opportunity to create new b2b relations with an advertisement on the pages of the guide.
And last, but not least it’s an opportunity to indicate all your company contacts and talk about your brand.
Indeed a great example is the special guide about Moscow, which was created for Intermark Relocation, and edited for each new season.
Among other things were created a special weekly guide, and a special guide for special celebrations, but let’s talk about that later.
