Tintamarresque is a French word with no English equivalent. So it becomes the default word in English for what we otherwise call “one of those things where you stick your head in a hole and there’s a print on the other side of an implausible or funny scene”. But how to use it for a brand?
Our task was to create a remarkable tintramarresque for a relocation company, to participate in an international exhibition.
As the relocation company was located in Russia, the point was to show people from Russia. The idea was to show the most popular Russians. And give to people the possibility to have a photo with them. At that time, was very popular a Hollywood-start selfies, so we get inspired by this idea.
A great tintamarresque should be funny, so we gave people to possibility to make fun of Natalia Vodianova, or hug Roman Abramovich. Also, the bear is not attached by the chain like he just stop for the photo, but what will be next is for you to think about.
Every participant in the exhibition had the possibility to have a photo with the tintamarresque. Which then provided the possibility to get the contacts of the person and send him/her the photo. The Logotype is not present on the photo example.
