Property Branding is the most creative part of our special Solutions for Villas. Baan View Talay was our client for a Full Villa Solution until the villa was successfully sold, as requested by the previous owner.
The Villa
Baan View Talay is a stunning Luxury villa, with its own Golf putter, and an unforgettable sea view over Nathon Port. When the sky is clean, a mystique silhouette of the Anthong national park is decorating the view.
The Baan View Talay is a real pearl of Koh Samui. It's rare to find classical luxury, which was perfectly maintained. The Villa is super private and is located away from the Chaweng area. The Design was made by a French designer. With time the owner accessories the villa with antique objects from his travelling journeys around Asia.
The Baan View Talay Samui Property Branding
For the branding, we’ve got inspired by an antique door, which was a masterpiece of the living room. This door was a treasure the owner brought from his trip to Chiang Mai.
The villa is an example of classic luxury and sophisticated decoration, fancy materials with a little touch of concrete, which is very rare in our days.
Our challenge for this Property Branding was to reflect this classic image with a modern logotype. We choose brown and beige colours. To make a homage to the luxurious wooden decorations and floors. And to be different from the mainstream in Thailand's (2018) Blue schema.
The motto of the villas was Unique – Private – Healthy and Grand. Which we used as eye-catchers on the Property website.
For Luxury villa Property Branding we take care of all the little details. Because the villa should stand out in the eyes of the guests. The key goal for any tourist or traveller is to make awesome memories from the holidays and the villas.
We branded all in-villa communications and amenities. Some amenities we got to bring from Bangkok. You need to offer the best possible service when you have such a beautiful and well-maintained villa to promote. Because our goal is to create guidelines to make the stay of the guests a unique experience. For Special solution clients we offer homesteading consultation and tips about what is better to buy in local hospitality shops.
Famesolutely get very deep in the branding of staff uniforms. We had a special uniform in the Thai traditional style to welcome the guests for the check-in. And a more comfortable tailor-made uniform for the everyday work of the team.

Online Marketing
Of course, a Luxury villa cannot become famous without a proper website and Social media accounts. When we create websites for our client's villas, we always take care of everyone who will use it. From the future guest to the agencies with who the villa has agreements or the villa staff.

After the villa was sold
When the villa was sold, we created a special package for the new owners, so they can operate the villa independently, without losing the brand style.
The package consists of ready-made answers for emails, all the contacts and agreements with agencies, login and passwords, with ready-made answers for booking websites. As well as a brand book. We are available for 1 month after the villa sale, to introduce the new owners in the villa marketing, provide info on Social media use and instruction about the use of the website.
