A great example of post batching is our last Project with ONYX hospitality group, which includes the following outlets in Koh Samui: OZO Chaweng, Amari Koh Samui, Prego - Italian restaurant, Stacked burgers. ONYX hospitality group provides the highest standards to manage the international hotel chains from their portfolio. We were glad to create a Social media package with 400 posts on Facebook and Instagram for the Samui outlets of the group.
To create this project, we had 2-3 photo shootings per week of 4-5h long. Two photographers per photo shooting, and 2-4 models. For the food outlets, we had models and only 1 day to shoot all the menu. So we had to work with three photographers.
The client provided us with the brand guidelines for each hotel chain, and models for photo shootings. From our side, we provided 3rd part photographer, Art direction for each photo shooting, Caption writing, and Hashtag selection. The whole project took two months to realize, with one month of photo shootings and editings, and then content writing and hashtag search.
What are 100 Posts?
100 posts can be used as content for a duration from 2 months up to 6 months, it all depends on how often the brand post on Social media. Note that the posts on Facebook are different from the ones on Instagram. When we say 100 posts, it means the part is for Instagram, the other for Facebook, the quantity is defined by your request and the sequence of posting which you wish to keep going.
We recommend posting at least 3 times per week, and for better results publish posts every second day, and also use all-new features, such as Instagram guides, Stories, Reels, Shop (when applicable), etc.
What is Art Direction?
Art direction is an essential tool in any visual communication project. It's the way in which we build a particular aesthetic for a purpose. Art direction is about presenting content to a group of people by creating a communication-based experience. The Art Director helps to organize all the Creative parts and supervises.
Art direction resolves the problem of miscommunication between the creatives. As often the photoshoots are done by photographers who just shoot photos in their own style and vision because there's not enough communication with the content writer or the content strategist. Not enough communication between creatives makes everybody's work longer and more complicated, then the final result is less satisfying.
Why batching posts is better than posting "a la minute"?
Batching posts, it's creating content in advance. Firstly it gives the possibility to keep constant concepts and style. Secondly, it gives the possibility to have the content ready in advance - which saves a lot of time. It gives the brand the possibility to schedule all the needed posts a few months ahead (Meta lets you schedule 2 months in advance). It also gives the brand more time to work on more specific actions and promotions.
Batching and scheduling posts will help your brand to achieve consistency of publication, which is so important for the algorithm which shows your posts to the social media community. As well as a consistent style, which is important for the brand's future customers.

Can you do it with your phone?
Many small business owners are choosing to shoot photos by themselves with a phone. Even if it could look OK, it will never look professional quality unless you are already a photographer. Your customers need standards to feel comfortable and to build trust in the brand.
For our clients we work with photographers who use professional equipment, to create high-quality photos, as well as edit the photos professionally.
Perhaps, for videos, your phone works better, as social media such as Tik Tok, or any Stories or Reels from Meta (Facebook, Instagram, etc) are adapted for a phone-quality video format. But for Youtube (as it's available in HD for Smart TV) you will need additional video quality and a professional videographer.

Social media post batching is a great way to save time and keep a stable brand image and structure on social media. The most effective way to do it is with the help of an Art director, who will guide the whole creative team.
400 posts can be created in around two months' time and create content for about a year of posting if it's only for only one brand.
We recommend batching posts no more than 6 months ahead, as hashtags (especially for Instagram) should be changed according to the account reach and should be rotated frequently. The most optimal is to create 100-200 posts at a time for one brand across two social media.
